Restoring a purchase or earlier access
Use “Restore purchases & previous access” in Settings on the device signed in with your Apple Account.
Backups and the recovery code
Backups are encrypted files. Without the Keychain key or your recovery code they cannot be opened — not by you and not by us.
The trial and what happens after
The trial never charges you. Reading, exporting and deleting stay available; creating and editing need full access.
This form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. The website sets no cookies and does not store your message.
